It's not a secret that a good cup of coffee starts with good quality, perfectly roasted coffee beans, and you can thank Vincent Gentile, a local coffee roaster, for that! Vincent Gentile is a master at the true Italian tradition of coffee roasting, which he achieved following his five-year long apprenticeship at a coffee roaster in one of the world's coffee capitals - Italy. He eventually brought that old, time-honored art and tradition right here in Vancouver, BC, Canada after he established Casa del Caffe in 1981.

Casa del Caffe only uses top arabica beans from around the world, which are carefully analyzed and subjected to rigorous testing by their trained inspectors. After carefully selecting, roasting, and blending their beans, their inspectors also scrutinize them to ensure it pleases the palettes of all their patrons. Now that is Amore!

We partnered with a local coffee roaster that sourced quality arabica beans from top farmers and producers all over the world. Coffee is lovingly handcrafted - that is fresh, quality coffee beans are ground, tamped, and extracted under the careful eye of our baristas - to ensure that the rich, complex, and full bodied flavours that our partners have worked hard to cultivate is showcased in each cup that we serve.

We put so much thought in creating this unforgettable coffee experience because, like our sweet treats and savoury bites, we believe that coffee can be more than a basic commodity. Coffee can also be an artistan experience in which you can appreciate the dedication of the farmers and the passion of the coffee roasters and baristas that worked hard to ensure each sip of your coffee is perfect.
